Terms & Conditions — Kawat4D Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Kawat4D online gaming platform, operated under international licensing and accessible at https://kawat4d.lat (the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, and promotional features — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Kawat4D is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the "User", "Member", "Player") and Kawat4D with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an account on the Kawat4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Kawat4D strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with internationally accepted standards for online casino operations.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, where compliance with such law would require Kawat4D to hold a local licence not currently held.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by Kawat4D for breach of these Terms or any related policy.
• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order or restriction applied through Kawat4D's responsible gambling programme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Kawat4D or its affiliated entities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the Kawat4D Platform at any given time. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration and to update such information promptly when it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. Kawat4D reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Kawat4D will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Kawat4D accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction and credited accordingly.

Kawat4D accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. All MYR deposits are processed in real time. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 15 minutes for standard bank transfers during normal operating hours.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with applicable transaction limits, are displayed at the time of transaction initiation on the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method, account tier, and applicable compliance requirements. Kawat4D reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Any active bonus balances must comply with their respective wagering requirements before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts or methods registered in the same name as the Kawat4D account holder.
• Kawat4D reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

Kawat4D may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to its members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all Kawat4D promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only. New member welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Kawat4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using arbitrage strategies, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible accounts once per calendar year, based on the date of birth registered during account creation. Tier-based bonus amounts (Bronze RM 188, Silver RM 388, Gold RM 888, VIP RM 2,688) are subject to change without prior notice.

All games available on the Kawat4D Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay provisions apply:

All slot and table game outcomes on Kawat4D are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a connection interruption during gameplay, the Platform's server records will determine the outcome of any affected round. Kawat4D is not liable for losses incurred due to connection failures on the User's end. Where a bet was validly placed prior to disconnection, the relevant game outcome shall stand.

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting the Platform, Kawat4D reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered stakes to the player's account. No claim shall lie against Kawat4D for any winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game or system.

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions — are subject to Kawat4D's sportsbook rules, which cover market settlement, in-play rules, postponed events, void bets, and cash-out conditions. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kawat4D Platform. Users found engaging in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Use of automated systems: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software without written authorisation from Kawat4D.
• Advantage play abuse: Exploiting software errors, bugs, loopholes, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain.
• Account sharing: Allowing third parties to access or operate your Kawat4D account.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for wagering.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform in any manner intended to conceal, convert, or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or providing fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC verification.

Kawat4D is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 3 months (utility bill from TNB, Syabas, or Unifi; bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong); and
• A live selfie photograph of the User holding their identity document.

All submitted documents are handled in accordance with Kawat4D's Privacy Policy. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Kawat4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is a legitimate compliance reason to do so.

Kawat4D collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Kawat4D will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the provision of Platform services.

All content on the Kawat4D Platform, including but not limited to the Kawat4D name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game content, software code, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of Kawat4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Kawat4D.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kawat4D shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Kawat4D's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Kawat4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation during the KYC process;
• Request by the account holder to self-exclude under the responsible gambling programme;
• Inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or
• Any other circumstance in which Kawat4D determines, in its reasonable discretion, that maintaining the account would expose the Platform, other users, or third parties to unacceptable risk.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. In all other cases, verifiable balances will be returned to the account holder following completion of applicable security checks and KYC verification.

Kawat4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount that may be deposited;
• Session Timers: Time reminders and maximum session duration settings;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount that may be lost within a defined period;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended voluntary exclusion from the Platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Kawat4D's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Kawat4D's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction in relation to intellectual property matters or breaches of prohibited conduct provisions.

Kawat4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Kawat4D will endeavour to notify registered members via the Platform interface or by email to the registered address. The effective date of any revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
